We clearly indicate which information has been provided by the candidate and which elements may require further verification.

We maintain direct contact with candidates during the all stages, gather additional information when required and coordinate interviews or further assessments with the partner company.

We manage candidate sourcing, initial screening and communication within the agreed scope of the assignment.

The partner company or employer remains responsible for final interviews, any additional testing and the employment decision.
